The vegetables are harvested by the landlady and processed directly and served to our esteemed guests. The dishes are prepared with carefully selected top quality ingredients, from organic farms and livestock farms in nearby Ostuni.

It is served as a buffet (both indoors and outdoors), of course the jams are also homemade, as are the fruit juices, with fruit grown and harvested from trees that grow on their own estate.
